Any products purchased from USB Cable / MobileOutlet.com are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  The actual restocking fee will be assessed upon receipt of returned product and will be determined by the reason for return and the condition of the product and it's packaging.  No returns will be accepted without prior approval and assignment of an RMA number. 

Defective products will not be subject to a restocking fee, however, they may only be returned for repair or replacement. 

USB Cable / MobileOutlet reserves the right to determine if the product should be repaired or replaced.
